The focus is on you and your needs. You meet with your therapist one on one in a weekly or semiweekly modality. Often individual therapy is used for trauma work, depression, anxiety, and other such issues.
Family and romantic relationships take hard work. When something happens in your family that needs to be addressed, we are prepared to walk with you through a crisis, problem, or an exciting new journey.
Therapy with multiple people. Together we will grow and enhance our combined learning by sharing our experiences and hearing from others who may know something about what we are going through.
Trauma focused work that uses bilateral stimulation to help the brain develop adaptive pathways to understanding and recovering from traumatic events.
